Our mail order service operates from April until October. All plants are sold on a first come, first served basis.

Shipping
Orders are dealt with on a weekly basis, so that an order placed during Monday through to Sunday will be packed and despatched the following week. First class mail is the preferred method of posting, although for large orders we use a Courier service.
We try to avoid posting out later than a Thursday each week, so that plants are not held in the mailing system over the weekend. We do not post out before or immediately after a Bank holiday.
Substitutes may be offered, so please let us know if you would consider an alternative and whether you would prefer a choice by colour, style etc and/or within a certain price range.
For guidance Postal charges for UK delivery are listed below:
- 1 - 4 plants £4.00
- 5 - 9 plants £7.50
- 10 plants + £11.50

- Cheque or postal order – made payable to Sylvia Brown.
Orders paid via cheque or postal order will be despatched following cleared funds.
